AIMING TO REDIVISION OF THE WORLD WITH MILITARY FORCE
WAR PLAN ON CHINA AND THE WAR PLAN ON JAPAN

George W. Bush claimed world war strategy with Quarterly Deffence Review on the 30th September 2001. Bush used its own crisis which was provoked by 9/11 guerrila warfare against US imperialism, and started to attack Afganistan and Iraq.

QDR is for reviewing the Bottomup Reivew which was first set in 1993 to reorganize US world strategy after the collapse of USSR, in every 4 years. The Bottomup Review made a base for security strategy of Bill Clinton US administration to "rally its economic initiative by military power, in order to win other imperialisms". It supposed military invasions on Iraq and North Korea, and had "Two great region war strategy" in order to ensure "great force to fight and win two different great regional conflicts which erupts almost the same time.".

The Clinton administration put Japan into historical down spiral by this security strategy. But the US economic bubble also collapsed because of world wide surplus to capital and overproduction ability.

US imperialism deepend its crisis and elapse. The progress of world depression like in 1929 finnally started. It was in this process, that Bush administration appeared with the line actually waging war and winning the inter-imperialism wars.
